Private and corporate sessions.

It can be daunting stepping into a class for the first time, or after a long break, and private sessions can be a great way to prepare for this. They can also give you the opportunity to work on deepening your practise, advance in a specific area or just enjoy some focussed attention.

I offer private sessions for individuals or small groups, including employers, either online or in-person. If you’re interested in taking a class, or considering adding wellness to your workplace, please get in touch so we can discuss tailoring a package to your needs.

Example packages for tailored practise.

“Thank you for these classes Beccy, sometimes this place becomes a little chaotic and we definitely need that time to switch off from it all and release the tension that builds.”
