Deep Rest.
Guiding you deeper into stillness & relaxation.
Join me for these bi-monthly sessions held around Cambridge. Over the course of two hours these sessions take a gradual journey from gentle mindful movements into passive stretches, deep restorative poses, and rest. We will use a variety of props & sensory elements to encourage the body to release tension; these events are an indulgent treat for both the body and mind.
Please don’t feel intimidated by the length of the session, the time really does fly by and all poses can be modified and adapted to be accessible for every level of experience.
