The hardest part of any yoga practise isn’t touching your toes or even balancing on your hands; it’s taking that first step onto the mat and facing your ego and expectations.

“Beccy is a brilliant teacher who clearly loves what she is doing, planning great classes that both support and challenge you. "

TUESDAYS: Haslingfield Village: Methodist Church, High Street, Haslingfield

6.30pm Gentle Flow

A softer approach to traditional Vinyasa Flow, in this class we'll move a little slower and spend more time in the build up & relaxing elements of the sequence.

This class is ideal for beginners, those returning after a long break or injury, or just those who just want to move at a slower pace.

Suitable for all levels; modifications ensure you find the right version of the pose for you.

7.45pm Flow Yoga

A dynamic, creative and movement based practise where poses flow together in time with the breath. This fluid style of yoga offers a perfect blend of physical effort & mental ease: it's a great way to build strength, flexibility and balance while also offering a way to calm the mind and reduce stress.

Options and modifications are offered throughout the class so you can choose to challenge yourself as much as you need!
