I know that yoga can seem overwhelming or overly sombre at times but I strongly believe a class should be a joyful experience. Whichever style of yoga you practise with me you should expect to feel engaged, challenged and uplifted.

Gentle Flow: A slower paced class with more time spent in the build up & relaxation phase. Suitable for those new to the practise, or returning after a long break/injury. Ideal for those wanting to rediscover the basics and lay a solid foundation.
Vinyasa Flow: Creative, dynamic & rhythmic this popular style offers a balanced practise blending strength & flexibility while still offering the opportunity to relax & reset. Some experience is useful, but not essential.
Yin yoga: A floor based practise with a strong focus on flexibility. Poses are held for longer periods allowing the body to release & the mind to settle. The challenge in this style of yoga comes from deep physical stretching and stillness.
